- simple solution to flashing a penetration through a metal roof that requires a wrap-around installation
- wraps easily around existing or hard to reach penetrations
- has clearly marked diameters on each flashing
- marked dimensions also allow for easy sizing to fit each individual application
- makes installation simple by using easily installed snap rivets; a cable tie is also supplied to reinforce the seal

- the aluminum base on the upper lip is corrosion resistant and
allows the flashing to conform to any panel configuration and/or roof

Choose the appropriate size. If necessary trip the opening to to about 20% smaller than the pipe diameter. |
| 2. |
Wrap the retrofit around the pipe and install all snap rivets to seal the flange. |
| 3. |
Press the flashing down, bending it to conform to the roof profile or roof irregularities. A blunt tool will help press the flashing into tight roof angles. |
| 4. |
Apply a silicone sealant between the flashing base & the roof. |
| 5. |
Use fasteners to complete sealing. For UPC installation, fastener spacing may not exceed 1½". |
| 6. |
Install the supplied cable tie at the upper-most part of the flashing & apply sealant to any gaps. |
