Masterflash®-Square Base Flashing

  • The Masterflash® is a quick and easy way to flash a penetration coming through a metal roof.
  • The clearly marked diameters on each flashing allow the Masterflash® to accommodate a range of sizes. The marked dimensions also allow for easy sizing to fit each individual application.
  • Available in black EPDM and red Silicone, all flexible materials, the Masterflash® is resistant to ultraviolet rays, cracking & weathering.
  • The aluminum base on the upper lip of the Masterflash® is corrosion resistant and allows the flashing to conform to any panel configuration and/or roof pitch.

1. Trim opening to 20% smaller than the pipe diameter.
2. Slide down over the pipe.
3. Apply urethane/silicone sealant between the Masterflash® & the roof.
4. Press down, bending the flashing to fit irregularities.  Use a large-slot screwdriver to press into tight angles.
5. Use fasteners to finish sealing.
